It is technically possible with amethyst though. I just don't personally use it.

I turned half of em off. I got the DM one still on though it's not the best and I like my telegram notifier thing better. 🤷🏽

Yana does Notifications, but it's spoty at best. It doesn't run consistently in the background, so I don't think it gives you instantaneous notifications. But if they're looking for more feature-filled client, then Amethyst is probably the way to go.
