Apple makes you feels like you’re an important client, like they care about you (doesn’t matter if it is true or not).
This is what we need for nostr. To make people feel something like this.

We shall concentrate on human emotions instead of concentrating on the other products. I think we are on the right track, just maybe we shall be a bit more conscious about it.

Again, you don’t understand. It doesn’t matter what’s happening under the hood. Most people don’t care and don’t want to explore what’s actually happening. I think regardless of any bad we can say about Apple, I think we can say that they built a good brand. And I think due to this built up brand, they can do what they can do, and sell as much products as they do.
So something could be learned here.
