I think this is spot on.

I just came across an npub in my feed that is posting AI generated child porn. I was able to block the npub in my client, but that won't be enough for broad adoption. Frankly, it isn't enough for me either. I'm not going to scroll through my feed and just accept that I have to block a bunch of npubs posting child porn, even if it's AI generated. It's rare right now, but that won't be the case for long, unfortunately.

I would stop using Nostr if relays had no ability to block such content at scale on my behalf. I'm currently #Nostr only, so there's little chance that average people would stick around.
