hey guys is it okay if my muscles hurt when touched after exercising for a week really intensely. like i can feel the muscle is a lot harder than usual. should I stop exercising until it goes away to prevent injury or would continuing to exercise be better

You can continue to exercise as long as it isn’t affecting proper form. Like if you’re compensating or something then stop and give it a few days. You stop getting sore after a little while of continuous exercise.
