Wednesday #Workout:
200 seconds of plank.
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
10 minutes of HIIT.
5.2 KM of #Running (-18°C, -27°C windchill, 59% humidity, and 16 km/hr wind)
Workouts were fine. Realized while I was putting my shoes on that they were still wet from yesterday because someone (that would be me) forgot to put them by heat where they'd dry.
I went out with a few options, and it was *quickly* clear that wet feet in these temperatures was a rather bad idea, so I headed home. Rest day!
