Quality is fantastic. I order from Beef Initiative, White Oak Pastures, Snake River Farms and my local butcher is also amazing and I have been impressed with PR.
Just for comparison. I can stand behind beef initiative.
They seem to have just started a subscription too.
I have it. It’s solid. I like supporting local ranchers - regardless of the vendor.
Yeah I bought a few of their boxes. Everyone who had the ground beef from K+C absolutely loved it.

A new flash-frozen meat market just opened up near me called Wild Fork and I’m really excited to try it out. HUGE variety, decent prices.
