Somebody has to think big and have dreams. Sometimes practical people can be too pessimistic and not try things that could be good ideas. That's why we need each other.

I finished the podcast episode on the way home from work today. They emphasize the importance of the family as the core of society, and then local communities of families as the main political unit. They also do a lot of talk about sound money from a Christian perspective. Two caveats for you: they are critical of a lot of modern technology, including the Internet and Bitcoin. They favor a gold standard. The other thing is that they come from a Catholic perspective, although I think non-Catholics would appreciate a lot of what they say.
