Bitcoin reserve = multi-generational trust fund for the swamp

after several weeks of being confused on this topic, I think this is the light I needed.

I also think it still behooves any federal employee to encourage a strategic Bitcoin reserve as well as any company employee to encourage Bitcoin on balance sheets. who wouldn't want a trust fund.
