I dont think so, i tried bisq app yesterday, it goes over tor and works fine. And now i see other tor connected apps i hace, and are working well.

There is a Tor conflict when two apps are using it that I am still investigating. It could be the issue 🤔

Seems to be that, is working fine again when is the only app using tor.
