A lot of these things I would not even consider adventurous ๐Ÿ˜‚ I guess it depends on everyoneโ€™s background

๐Ÿคขyou are adventurous

34 ๐Ÿ˜‚

Some of those I eat regularly

Shocking ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜‚

16 easy

wow ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Feijoada in Brasil gets 5 of them

33

adventurous ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

I got 18, not too shabby. There are some that I'd try but aren't readily available.

You would try others? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Lol, I'm not crazy adventurous but yes. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

You only score five? Which five? Most of the stuff on the list is straight delicious ๐Ÿคค

Ummm yeah well Iโ€™ll pass thanks ๐Ÿ˜‚

17 but some are on my to try list ๐Ÿ˜

I also think I should count as 18 because even though I havenโ€™t eaten frog legs, Iโ€™ve eaten the much weirder frog ovariesโ€ฆ

How are you from the south but havenโ€™t had frog legs? I thought its a summertime staple around here for everyone lolz

Never seen it! I thought itโ€™s a Louisiana thing? Iโ€™m from Charlotte, maybe itโ€™s too city for frog legs ๐Ÿ˜‚

Could be, Iโ€™m quite rural. There are grocery stores around here that have always carried frog legs

If any are a chain, whatโ€™s the name?

Local grocery store, I think Harveyโ€™s used to have them though

25 is my number

Everything but razor clams and century egg ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I donโ€™t even know what these are!

I looked them up and wouldnโ€™t like either in my mouth lol ๐Ÿ˜‚

Now Iโ€™m too scared to look them up ๐Ÿ˜‚

From one Nostr user to the otherโ€ฆ.just donโ€™t lol ๐Ÿ˜†

20 for me.

22

Several of these I wouldn't consider "adventurous" ๐Ÿ˜„

Indeed you are

I havent had crickets but i have had scorpions. i missing squirrel rattlesnake and century egg. so 35. but i would try the rest given the option.

I actually thought youโ€™d be higher

28

Got the first 5 and stopped counting

Oh dear ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

28

The ones I have not tried, I don't quite know what they are. so ...who knows.

I grew up in abject poverty. Everything was food.

38 โœ…๏ธ all but Rattlesnake

Do you really wanna know?

Iโ€™m very boring ๐Ÿ˜‚

Of course! Some of that list I wouldn't recommend to a friend

Anchovies

Oysters

Crab

Octopus

Blue cheeseโ€ฆsee Iโ€™m very unadventurous with food ๐Ÿ˜‚

I wouldn't be so sure ๐Ÿค™ I imagine lots of people won't have had such an array of seafood.

I would have imagined duck, rabbit, and venison to have been more common for most

24, but not for lack of desire. I just haven't run across about 1/3rd of them.

Durian is delicious. I freeze mine and then eat it with a spoon like ice cream.

Half of those are really excellent and delicious foods. Some aren't that great: sea urchin, brains (sweetbreads), snails, tofu.

Youโ€™re such a daredevil

Damn Durian rounds really good

I wanted to like it but itโ€™s really not ๐Ÿ˜”

What IS good is cherimoya. Thatโ€™s a delicious creamy tropical fruit you can eat like ice cream ๐Ÿ’ฏ

People have very divergent opinions about durian. I'm sure the DNA people will eventually find the gene the makes us like or hate it.

Now I have to find me some cherimoya.

Durian isn't bad tasting, but that odor....

24

Hiya Jackie Boy, havenโ€™t seen you in a while

Interesting choice of words

How you been Oz Ambassador Marie

Iโ€™m good now thanks, still trying to bring Nostr down under ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿฆ˜

13

Youโ€™re more adventurous than me!

I'm still only moderately adventurous. Like octopus? I'm sure it tastes good, but I don't like the idea of eating suckers.

What if it gets suctioned onto the inside of my esophagus and I choke to death?

I cannot stop laughing at this ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Itโ€™s not like that as you eat it cooked.

After watching My Octopus Friend I canโ€™t eat it ever again ๐Ÿ˜ž

25

๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I was hungry

24 here Your Highness

My adventurous Lord

24!

Iโ€™m certainly the lowest on nostr

19

My mom served us blood sausage and liverwurst as well as brain with scrambled egg. Nutrition bombs. Normal dishes for the family. We didn't have McDonald's or any other junk-food. It was in the 70s/80s. Location Germany.

26 .. diverse list!

27, love the haggis

blue cheese lol ๐Ÿคฃ

Yeah. Mold does absolutely not compare with brains. Head cheese isnโ€™t on the list, but it will straight up tuen your stomach just to look at it.

Brains are for biology class, not the dinner table. Gross

Yeah. The frogs came up with ways to sauce up gross organs like tongue or kidneys in the name of no waste. A friend who played polo went to Argentina to do something with horses and tried some local fare. Goat eyeballs are a delicacy. He said they were not that good. The live monkey brains may have been him kidding, but I doubt it.

Tried10. Hated most all of it except venison. Much of it is a texture barrier rather than the actual taste. My husband is adventurous. He can eat all the apocalypse fare, I choose fasting๐Ÿ˜

28 I am very adventurous! Woah! ๐Ÿ˜‚
