I would like to pay my credit card bill with Strike fiat balance. If this were possible, I don't think it would be a taxable event.

At that point it's like using any other bank account. I guess the benefit is that you can have a single balance?

I haven't used Strike recently, but when I last did, it was possible to create an invoice from the fiat section that was payable with on chain or lightning bitcoin. So, load Strike fiat balance with (non kyc?) bitcoin, and use that to pay bills. Taxable? Perhaps, but I don't think Strike reports anything for this. But as I said, it's been awhile, so maybe that's changed.

Would be great if someone could confirm this nostr:npub1cn4t4cd78nm900qc2hhqte5aa8c9njm6qkfzw95tszufwcwtcnsq7g3vle ?

You can already do this with Strike. In billpay you select "Pay bills with cash balance" and it will fallback to bitcoin balance if there are insufficient funds.

Great info! Thank you. Other priorities for now, but I plan to try to do this before too long. šŸ‘
