Does anyone know of a GitHub issues like project management tool that you can run locally or self host?

I don’t want complex PM tools.

No need to be integrated with Git.

No milestones, etc

No kanban and other trendy unproductive list things

Just issues.

Have you tried Gitea? Its completely self-hostable, but you can see it in action at https://codeberg.org/explore/repos/
