This seems like a first amendment violation.

I wonder if that is one of the rights that are forfeited once you are in prison much like voting and your physical freedom.

Prisoners have first amendment protection as well

Not like the courts/state care for the constitution these days if you have the wrong views

By definition, are human rights , rights that are given by humans ?

If it’s given, it can be taken away ?
