Except that when the touch sensor fails (which happens), there's nothing you can do about it.

Not if you save your seed phrase 🙂

With this feature, you can back up your seed phrase upon generation and port into another device if your touch sensor fails.

So, depending on the number of your keys, you potentially have up to five seed phrases to backup?

Huh? How does this work? Yubikey entropy is hard coded when manufactured, you can't just import seed words.
