Cashu protocol roadmap

- Lightning fee returns (NUT-08) on all clients and mints

- New token format with prefix

- DLEQ proofs for offline validation of tokens

- Token backup restore mechanism

With those, I think we'll have a pretty solid ecash protocol that can be used by anyone.

I will dig more into it as soon as token backup works

It's really a great project to improve privacy on custodial wallet 👏
