That is the Bitcoin mentality, stack and never sell.

No i disagree. There is a time for spending. But we are in an early price discovery phase of the greatest sound money ever to exist. SoV is the first era that’s all. There are many who use bitcoin daily in their lives.

I use Bitcoin daily to zap, I wish there was a way that I could ditch fiat all together and go Bitcoin only, but that's not possible in the US unfortunately, nor is with anything but fiat.

It’s changing fast. Within 5 years many businesses will accept sats

I really hope so! Excited to walk into a coffee shop and pay with sats.

Some “spend and replace”, others convert to bitcoin (from the fiat mines) all upfront, and spend judiciously.

You could live entirely off of Bitcoin/Crypto nowadays.

Only issue is that it's mostly indirectly through giftcards, and other workarounds.

Not directly yet but the ecosystem is so much better now than it was even 3 years ago.

Bitrefill is great

You would need to find an area with a good farmers market/lots of small ma and pa businesses that'd be willing to adopt it. I think it's actually very possible in USA you just gotta find the right community, probably a handful of places in America where it's already adopted to that extent

there are some.

but the VAST majority of Bitcoiners hodl because "generational wealth"

its a design problem.

It’s both. And it’s because fiat is so shit in value

I don't know man, I was spending bitcoins before I ever heard anyone say anything about it being a store of value.

This writing being public and permeant I probably shouldn't go into details.

I was about 16 or 17 when I started exchanging and spending bitcoins for things online.

You helped give it value

Yeah, I think most people who have Bitcoin think of it like stocks rather than money
