My helpers and I sowed oats and peas then covered with composted cow bedding as bed prep on the north side of our house today. Hopefully they'll be ready to chop-and-drop/step-crimp by mid-may for us to plant some nice annual flowers (and possibly pumpkins/melons) this year. East and South sides of the house will get the same treatment later this week. Perennials will go in this fall. #grownostr #gardening #growstr
