Take a little break for lunch today, we’re having some leftover braised pork from last night and shrimp tempura, which I turned into Choo Chee Goong (ฉู่ฉี่กุ้ง)—a rich, thick, aromatic red curry dish. We’re also having some crispy fried eggs on side. I cut up some fruits this morning for our afternoon refreshments/palate cleanser.
