Look! What I found in my gym sweatpants… mini cheddar and dog treats 😂

Can’t find soba anywhere, but spicy pork ramen will do for New Year’s Eve. IYKYK 🍜

Another family gathering, and I’m making sure we don’t show up empty-handed 😜

My mother-in-law showed me her cookie press, so I couldn’t help but try it out with the leftover pineapple cookie dough ❄️

I can smell it from here 🤤
Friday night treats while watching Muay Thai! I made a no-refined-sugar version of Snickers—layers of dates, homemade peanut butter, mixed nuts, and a dark chocolate coating. Of course, The Fart is very interested in my snack and insists on sitting and watching me eat it… I swear she doesn’t even blink! 👀

Poke bowls for two! I made my own mayo for the sauce instead of using Kewpie—turned out less sweet but still tasty. Had some extra marinated tuna, so that went straight into hand rolls. 🤤
Happy belly, happy me! 😁😁😁

Try Moo Ping (Thai-style grilled pork skewers) with sticky rice! It’s one of the most common street foods in Thailand—people enjoy it for breakfast or as a quick snack. Aroy mak (so delicious)! 😋
Enjoy! 😊
Khao Kluk Kapi (ข้าวคลุกกะปิ) – ‘Kapi’ means shrimp paste. It’s fried rice with shrimp paste sauce, topped with a colorful mix of tasty ingredients.
I personally think this dish is a showcase of just how rich Thai cuisine can be. It uses a variety of ingredients, each prepared in a specific way, taking flavors from both land and sea.
I used beef instead of the usual pork belly because we prefer leaner meat. The best way to eat it is to take a little of each topping in every bite to enjoy all the flavors and textures together.

💯 yes, but cover it with a thick plastic bag and change water every few days. My longest record is about 2 weeks.
Double belly rubs!! Thanks, Dad! 🐾

I poured my heart into this bowl of ramen, and every second spent making it was worth it.
On another note, I actually made ajitsuke tamago… but totally forgot to add it in! 🥲
Still delicious without it!
