Good morning nostr friends, its another 33F morning, but it should be warming up a bit from here. We've been seeing lots of those little beetles that look like the common lady bug, seems like every year around this time they flock around the porch and around the windows. Like hundreds of them, and when you mash them they stink. Plus they bite too, so i dread seeing them. Last year i vacuumed up a bunch of them, but they were still a nuisance, and I cant stand them. Anyone else have this problem? Anyway, today should be just a routine day around here. The rooster is crowing, so everything should be ok. Yall have a great thursday, enjoy your coffee, and do your work with a happy heart. #coffeechain #grownostr #homesteading

Good Morning and stay warm Maria!!
Good morning! Japanese beetles, we see them that bad sometimes in the early spring here when it just starts to warm up. Hard buggers to kill too.
Yes they are.😒

Good morning! They are here, too. My father-in-law said they're all over the place in his workshop. Knock on wood, I haven't noticed any. My dad said he used lemon oil one year to get rid of them in his truck.
Hmm, i have some orange oil, maybe i'll spray some of that around the porch. Thanks!
Damn Asian beetles
They do stink like crazy!
Never had them in the U.S. when I was a kid…
Invasive species I’m pretty sure
