The first rule of #karmyoga is

Nityam Yazne Pratishtham ..

Means - do your Karma everyday ..

To better understand this simple idea , we need to look at the opposite side .. which is ..

Don't do anything that you can't sustain daily .. for example - sure you may run a Marathon but if next day you can't even walk than it is not a good Karma for you .. Karma must be done daily .. every single day ..

Even better appreciation comes when we simply look at our own bodies .. we eat , sleep , poop everyday .. body is built through daily #Karma ..

And there is one activity that we undertake every moment of life - breathing ..

Thus breathing is the fundamental of #karmyoga .. being aware of your breath is the start .. not the end ..
