Always a matter what kind of treatment you get. Everyone in Russia who can afford it pays privately for health expenses.
those who can afford it go either to a private clinic or other alternatives, someone needs help, the state will help with this
In Portugal, the government also says that treatment is free, or almost free... But if you need a consultation, you have to wait at least three months if you go through the government. And if you need surgery, you wait a year, a year and a half. So, it's not viable. I think it's almost like letting people die...
It's one thing to say, another thing to do. As we say, trust in God, but do it yourself.
