As you can see, I’m decreasing the amount of cottage cheese, I had usually 600 grams now it’s 450 grams, still the best benefit of cottage cheese is very fast cooking, it’s why it’s hard to replace it with meat right now

I’ve started craving more meat, never felt this before

Interesting to see. Do you experience any downsides of the amount of meat intake so far?

I have four ingredients in my daily menu:

- Beef

- Eggs

- Cheese

- Cream/Butter

All of them, except for beef,especially eggs, make me feel just a tiny bit strange. But about ten days ago, I started craving meat more. It’s still too early to say for sure, but it brings me joy.

I’ll let you know in a few months if it continues.
