Interesting to see. Do you experience any downsides of the amount of meat intake so far?

I have four ingredients in my daily menu:
- Beef
- Eggs
- Cheese
- Cream/Butter
All of them, except for beef,especially eggs, make me feel just a tiny bit strange. But about ten days ago, I started craving meat more. It’s still too early to say for sure, but it brings me joy.
I’ll let you know in a few months if it continues.
