Something has shifted in me this morning. I'm not so sad anymore, but instead I have started to dream about the future. Although I still need to put a brake on that to not get too far ahead of myself, I appreciate this "sudden" shift.

We need to clean out our physical space to be able to bring in more stuff. Same with our minds and our hearts: cleaning and cleansing out the old trash that don't serve us any more and the cobwebs that block out our visions. Separating the past from the present.

I'm glad I drove down the memory lane last night and realized there was nothing there for me any more, not even sadness or pain. There's no more hooks. My pattern has gradually shifted.

It has lost its hold on me and I have moved on. 💖💖
