So this Zap Stream is more of a test while I get my head round the format, the reality of getting up and running is way simpler than it sounded reading the website. I installed OBS, added the key info from Zapstream and off I go... Like I said before, I'm much more a 'push all the buttons' type person.
When the website started talking about servers, I thought I had to have my own server doing everything. Maybe I can in the future. Hmm... As I'm sure you've gathered, I'm a bit of a spaz when it comes to this stuff but at least I'm enthusiastic about it haha.
Future streams will obviously all be music related. I intend to play a lot of records as well as some live mixing of music I've made. I very much doubt I've be a channel 'telling you how to make music'. Just make your own music and be punk about it, even if you think The Sex Pistols suck. The 'this is how you make music' market is saturated by people not making money with their music. Harsh but true. Life's a hustle.
Now I know this is easy I can also take to the proper studio at work (On U Sound) where we can do live dub music with some heavy artists in the genre. This will be very cool!
I've never been a 'content creator' the tag never sat well with me, I've been a DJ, I am an audio engineer , I make my own music and now I dick about on the internet for sats.
