I'd like to see what was clipped out of that video. It seems conveniently edited.
Wait wait a 13 old girl is suspected of creating a fake social media account in someone else's name and sending extremely disturbing messages to a victim!!??

They could well have broken the law.
My point is that the video is edited to make it look like the girl was being investigated for viewing a social media post rather than what was going on.
There's a lot of scare mongering and fud about the UK at the moment being pushed by Musk etc with various agendas. You need to be aware of what's actually going on behind the scenes.
Less like EU and more little US, and against the will of most Brits:
