New thing I’m doing while working at my desk - stretching and squatting šŸ˜† and ab exercises. All benefits of standing desks.

Starting to think I may not even get a stool. This has really promoted me to move around more. 10 seconds here, 30 seconds there, 5 minutes elsewhere and it kind of adds up!
