You can use "Garnet" Nostr client via Obtainium which automatically derives a Monero address from your npub or publish an address in your profile and we can tip you.
FYI SeedSigner doesn't even have to use Garnet. They can simply add a Monero address to their profile and any Garnet user will still be able to one-click tip them Monero for any note they make 👌
