I’ve refined my subcutaneous technique.
I started out:
- taking everything out of the fridge
- swapping alcohol on one & my skin
- drawing a syringe
- injecting myself
- repeating
But I’ve started:
- pulling one or two vials out of the fridge
- swabbing both
- drawing two syringes
- putting back in wrapper
- put all back in fridge
- repeat until tomorrow doses are done
- wake up
- pull out prepared syringes
- swab & inject (different sites)
Then after my morning workout I create tomorrow’s syringes as above.
I think it works better this way.
