You’d get the Bitcoin, because that transaction cannot be reversed, but Coinbase would not get the USD. So instead they require that you wait until the ACH transaction settles before the Bitcoin is officially yours to send.
**How can I buy Bitcoin and send it immediately?**
One solution would be to put money on your exchange 3-5 days before you intend to buy the Bitcoin. Keep enough money there so that you can buy what you need with “settled” money. You will then be able to send it immediately.
**Why is Bitcoin better than stable coins (USDC)?**
This is my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt.
Sending Bitcoin requires you pay a fee just like with USDC, but you do not need a separate coin (ETH, SOL) to make the transfer. Bitcoin is what you spend for “gas” so you just need Bitcoin and you are ready to spend.

I’d run #motsc at 2mg daily for 15 days (or so) and I’ll give 5mg 5amino a shot for a couple weeks.
If 5amino isn’t amazing, I’ll go back to motsc. I think it was giving me a little boost (but maybe it was the placebo effect).
I’m really liking #epitalon
I take 10mg subc around 30-60 minutes before bed. I have very good sleep and I remember dreams when I wake up.
I’m at the very tail end of my 20-day cycle. I’ll be sad to see this one go.
I’ll bring it back in 70 - 100 days for a 3 - 4 times per year plan.
1.6mg of #GHKCu has given me a headache. I guess I’m low on zinc.
I’ll take a day or two off from copper & see if the headache clears up.

I’ve taken around 10 doses of MOTS-C & never felt anything.
But today was the first day I thought maybe I felt a little boost. A “wind at your back” kind of feeling. I blasted through my pushups (one extra without noticing) and the brisk walk felt easier.
It could be doing this routine daily is starting to pay dividends, or maybe the MOTS-C just takes a few doses to stack up before effects can be felt.
I’ve already bought more MOTS-C from a different vendor, to check whether this boost I feel is placebo or not.

I reconstituted some Epitalon & took my first 10mg last night.
Nothing noticeable. Could I have had more dreams? Dunno, maybe.
My plan is 10mg for 20 days straight. If I like it, I’ll restart after a 71 day gap. (4 cycles would be most of a year.)
I’ve refined my subcutaneous technique.
I started out:
- taking everything out of the fridge
- swapping alcohol on one & my skin
- drawing a syringe
- injecting myself
- repeating
But I’ve started:
- pulling one or two vials out of the fridge
- swabbing both
- drawing two syringes
- putting back in wrapper
- put all back in fridge
- repeat until tomorrow doses are done
- wake up
- pull out prepared syringes
- swab & inject (different sites)
Then after my morning workout I create tomorrow’s syringes as above.
I think it works better this way.

I’ve started SS-31, 5mg daily subq.
Three days so far. I feel the same but I’m generally healthy, so maybe that’s to be expected. Im also on a few other peptides, so maybe any effects are going yo be lost in the noise.
If nothing else, take this as testimony of no noticeable side effects. Hopefully my mitochondria feel the same way.

Did I set it up correctly?
Once I’d found the peptide rabbit hole, I decided to try SLU-PP-332.
I started w 259 mcg capsules before my morning walk (fasted state).
I didn’t notice anything, and I experimented with 500, 750 & 1000 mcg. IDK if it’s doing anything.
The walk is dang cold (see your breath cold) so I bundle up (fleece sweat pants, jacket, gloves, hat) and I do come home with a bit of a sweat, but IDK if it’s the sloop or all the layers I’m wearing.
I found a place to buy it as an injection. I’ve shot 500 mcg a couple of times. I don’t feel any difference compared to pills.
Today, however I felt something that could be the sloop.
I took 500 mcg subq, did my walk, had my slight glisten of sweat. Same as any other day. Then a few hours later I took 500 mcg more orally. I felt a slight buzz or tingle, like energy or excitement. It was pleasant, but subtle. Maybe that was the sloop.
More experimentation seems warranted.
