Time to lead a workout for https://f3nation.com . We're going to farmer carry cinder blocks 1000yds. If you set them down, everyone stops and does squats. 10 for the first set down, 20 for the second, etc.

Should be fun.

How are you carrying them? With handles or pure grip strength training by pinching the tops?

If it’s the latter I assume they’ll be getting put down quite a bit
