Crushed it at the gym this morning!! I was almost crushed in the process. 🤣
A little over a year ago I started out doing 180lbs on the leg press. Today my personal trainer set me up and I noticed it was much tougher and heavier. I asked him how many pounds I was pressing and he told me 250 LBS!! 🤯
I’ve always had strong legs from my years in gymnastics and time in as a competitive figure skater however I had been out of going to the gym for several years.
Here I am a year later of attending the gym 3 times a week becoming fitter, healthier and stronger than ever before! 💪🎉
