Do you think admitting that is going to help him or hurt him?
Discussion
Think he pretty much had to admit it after all the people who said it was 100% him talking on the video
Wouldn’t showing himself as a liar hurt his credibility with the jury?
Yes and no- it was basically confirmed to be him so he was a liar either way, but can now claim he’s telling the truth. I’m sure on cross they will say something like ‘how do we know you are not lying again now’, but it’s really not about him lying or not, the prosecution has to convince the jury on evidence.
Got it. I’m super dialed in now, thanks!
What do you think happened?
