Unpopular question:

What portion of the Lightning roadmap (well BOLTs to be precise) is geared towards :

- A/features for professional lightning services providers

- B/features for plebs to connect to each other using LN but without using those professional service providers… aka building a really distributed peer to peer network ? Aka making lightning easier for the pleb

For some reason I have the feeling that it’s mostly moving towards A .
