Elon was obsessed with the meme coin DOGE. It’s intentional and dumb.
It's not a coincidence, but since he has no control over the treasury, I don't think you have to worry about dogecoin becoming a part of any govt programs.

What makes you so sure Elon actually supports doggie coin? He calls it "doj coin" and constantly tries to make people too confused for it to gain name recognition, the DGE is a perfect example
I don't know what he likes. I am using the term losely. Fiat is the biggest shitcoin. And to me, he seems to be a power hungry ego maniac. He's a shitcoiner to me whether he likes DOGE coin or not.

I don't think he's any more power hungry than anyone else. I think he was invited to help right size the govt because he is willing to be a polarizing figure and stay focused on the initiative. Elon takes some of the heat for Trump.
Okay. I disagree. I have net lots of types of people. Many don't seek power and to control others. But I don't know. That's just my take.
that's fine. I can certainly get your perspective. all I know is that this govt HAS to be downsized. People need a chance to adjust their lives to a system that isn't based on debt. If we keep spending and the govt collapses, millions of people will suffer. As much as I hate ce trained govt, the bureaucrats stole an honest life from the people 100 years ago and then lied to them about it. Let's give the people a chance to understand all of this before everything goes to hell and live is unlivable for most of them.
I agree that less government would be great. But change doesn't happen within. I don't see trump and elon as outsiders. They are are just part of that game. The new game is grassroots and permissionless. I don't care what they do to he honest. I guess we will see what happens.
I don't think they are outsiders, either. I think they've been brought in by their bosses to ensure that USA inc. doesn't collapse. They will put in place reforms that will prevent this collapse, and in certain respects, those reforms (i.e. end of corruption and theft) will benefit the people more than a collapse.
I still think it will take a revolution to throw off whoever is pulling their strings.
I am hooefull they are making a positive change in that arena.
