I have the gateway experience files I can send you through your preferred method but the files are on the large size so need a Dropbox type thing. Time travel is a later session even past making friends as I recall, so you'll need to keep up a practice for a while to get decent results. It doesn't have to be depressing, as Milton said the mind is its own place and can make a hell out of heaven or a heaven out of hell. For me it's not depressing because even tho I was trapped in dark memories for a while, now I can go back and visit dear friends who have passed. I can see the past without the depression I drowned in back then, if that makes sense? It helped me rightsize the anxiety in my life. You can also get glimpses of the future which provide me with tons of hope and inspiration.
