GM #siamstr #foodstr

Today, I made Greek yogurt with two different recipes: one with Bulgarian yogurt and the other with Yolita yogurt.

Yesterday was really hot and humid, so the yogurt today turned out quite sour.

From my testing, the Bulgarian yogurt gave a much smoother texture. Not very sour.

I also making a blueberry flavor today. I used fresh blueberries, simmered them with honey to make a jam, and mixed it with Greek yogurt.

It turned out sweet and sour with some blueberry chunks to chew.
