Thing is if he caused material damage, he would cause such ammount that no fine could cover it. He has no insurance of safety whatsoever. So reasonable decision is, no hiking untill circumstances change for everyone. He defied it and got fined. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I wish my country would issue temp bans like they did.
