I think Brie is probably smart enough to play with whatever tech she likes but I agree judges have surprisingly a lot of power and while we don’t have debtors prisons anymore we do have contempt prison and if a judge thinks you have failed to turn over money that you have been ordered to turn over, that’s where you’re going.
