Fair enough. Any particular reason you avoid them?

It seems like libertarianism 101 and the prose is bad imo.

That’s very reasonable. I read Atlas last year and enjoyed it a lot, but I am still a bit newer to libertarianism so it probably seemed more novel to me than it would to others.

I always stayed away from her books too. Struck me as the kind of stuff you'd read when you at college then grow out of it

Nah Rands message on individualism is correct. These people are taking it too literally.

Her message is have your best interest in mind which also is applied to the family unit. When everyone thinks for themselves and by alliance their family they make better choices.

I agree with your message. All my coworkers are 30-40 still dating, still partying, no thinking at all about future and legacy. They will wake up one day and find their life has no meaning because they haven’t stopped thinking about only themselves. No long term sustainable thinking.
