Zaps on nostr convinced me most people really don't care about privacy.
Going forward i will only use a non zap enabled lightning address on in my nostr profile to protect the privacy of people who tip me.
I will miss out on some cool use cases, but for now its a trade off I am willing to make.
On Nostr.social you can do anon zaps. Damus is rolling out that feature too

I think it can also b lack of education on the topic. I had to ask for help to zap. I’ve sent two so far lol. Is it that they other person will be able to view your email address? Can u explain what is revealed to the receiver thanks
