Time passes quickly.
Not doing this from ideology reasons, but wanted to see the impact on my body. Don’t feel a negative impact tbh. Digestion is noticeably faster.
What’s your view on meat consumption vs a more plant based diet?
Would be great to collect arguments in a thread 🧵.
Still a topic highly polarising and difficult to know, what is „best“ for health & longevity.
Was veggie for over 15 years, ran marathons and ate great food. Felt great. Now been eating meat for years , feel great 🤷♂️
