My wife and I bought raw property next to Kingman, Arizona.

There are multiple places where the road to our property needs to be repaired.

Recently we bought two shovels, and today we invested several minutes in moving dirt to smooth out a wash in the road, and digging out several bushes and weeds that had overgrown the road.

As we were driving into Kingman afterwards my wife showed me her hand, which had a blister from her use of the shovel, as she said to me, "Proof of work."
