is not simple, but doable:
On Coracle (I'm not sure, but I think is a NIP-51 implementation, but I haven't seen it in other clients).
You can add specific NPUBS to a list by opening the profile and clicking on the 3 dots (options) on the right side, after choose "add to list".
REMEMBER THE LIST NAME! and keep in mind your list is public.
To recall the list:
Go to Feed on the left. Then "Filters", in the new pop up, open the option "list" and in the search field look for the name of your list.
It will create a new feed with all the notes of the Npubs you listed.
