Okay, it was too racist for me as an ancap, but still I want to say that the culture of most African Americans is stupid, there are few adequately behaving African Americans

There's nothing wrong being ancap and "racist" (I prefer the term racialist). No individual is obligated to live next to a culture which is strange to him and his family
