After a wild weekend of food, drinks, and Bitcoin in Chiangmai last week, my body fat went on a steady rise 3 days after, up to 21.2% and my visceral fat went up from 6 to 7.
So since Monday, I've been stricter with my self, extending my fast to OMAD, eating nutrient dense food every day.
6 days later my scans are back to normal.
Weight 80.4 -> 79.4
Muscle Mass 36 -> 36.2
BMI 24.8 -> 24.5
Body Fat 21.2% -> 19.6%
Visceral Fat back down to 6
Will probably keep this up for another week to give some wiggle room but I'm feeling much better now.
Oh, and also doing 100 pushups a day is kinda fun, on day 5 now.
