On the topic of #bitcoin #hardforks

I heard some folks saying we should have hard forks in bitcoin more often to encourage development. It sounds good but consider when bcash split off. I immediately collected my bch and exchanged for more btc, and most of you probably did the same. I made the decision to do so for a mixture of technical and ideological reasons. Someone was on the other side of that trade for their own reasons, and they got rekt. Every time there is a hard fork, a large group of people will get rekt. Personally I think the base layer is like 98% ossifyed and most of the innovation will be in in layer 2+, because I'd rather not see people lose their purchasing power cause someone wanted to change the protocol.

Não acredito ser necessário, imagino que o cenário hj seja outro. Na época, lembro de ficar muito confuso, saquei da coldwallet para corretora, me faltou conhecimento técnico na época, depois de observar durante algumas semana migrei lentamente, ainda deixei uma pequena quantidade de cash por alguns anos e por fim zerei!
