That sounds fair. I've eaten something remarkably similar to this and it wasn't half bad.

It's only 6.5 because I immediately knew how it improve it next time. It was pretty good. I think I made the crust too thick. It kind of had the consistency of a deep dish. Next time I'll use a rolling pin to get it thinner, instead of by hand.

You should throw it up on zap.cooking when you perfect the recipe!
