Holy cow is this good. Raw milk, salt, rennet, cheese culture, smoked with real applewood. My dog was screaming for some 😂 I’ll probably regret letting her try it.

My in-laws make a raw milk gouda, they gave me some over the weekend that had dried too much for them to sell, so I tossed a cold-smoke tube into the offset on my smoker and put some hickory smoke on it. Pretty tasty.
